Vasse Flowers provides you with several different payment options for your convenience.

Credit cards and Square allow same day delivery of you order as your payment can be processed immediately.

Terms and Conditions

Vasse Flowers provide their services to you in accordance with the following conditions. If you visit, on-line shop at Vasse Flowers, you accept these conditions.

PRICING and DELIVERY Charges

Except where noted otherwise, the price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself. Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars unless otherwise noted. Delivery is added on at checkout.

Vasse flowers respects your privacy and we are committed to the protection of your personal information. As such, the information we collect from you is strictly confidential.
• Delivery time frame – orders can only be placed up to 90 days in advance

What information we collect and how we use it

While using this website we may request certain personal information to facilitate placing an order. This may include your:
• Name
• Address
• Contact numbers
• Email address
• Credit card details and
• Recipient details

We use this information in various ways: to communicate with you regarding your order, to facilitate delivery of your order and to receive credit card authorisation.

Security of your personal information

All information we collect is encrypted and transmitted to Vasse Flowers using SSL technology.

Disclosure of information

We will not reveal, disclose, sell, distribute, rent, licence, share or pass that information on to any third parties outside of this company, unless you have personally authorised us to do so or if required by law.

Same Day Delivery

Rural, restricted and remote delivery areas are the exception and you will be notified of any changes to the delivery date.

Please note some rural and restricted delivery areas do not have same day delivery.

Delivery Areas – same day ordered before 10am (all school deliveries need to be in prior to 10am as they need to be on the morning AM delivery run, so as to deliver in school hours)

Third Party Couriers

• Other areas are delivered by a third party courier service and the delivery fee is $20.00 inc GST. We cannot guarantee times for all outer areas, but, can keep you informed of its progress
• Please allow 24hours for third party courier delivery.
• Please note: We do not offer Third party courier service on weekends, however please call and discuss this as some areas may be available and will be assessed on a case to case basis.

If no one is home

On delivery, if no one is home, the flowers will be left somewhere safe, out of direct sunlight and out of sight of passing traffic. If you do not wish for the flowers or gifts to be left if no one is home, please advise in comments and the flowers will be returned to the store and will be available for collection. We will leave a note informing the recipient where flowers are. If you would prefer us to redeliver and extra delivery charge equal to the one paid will be required prior to delivery.

If your order is out of town and an outsourced courier has been used then we give the courier company the Authority to leave unattended. The flowers cannot be returned from these locations.

Returns & Refunds

Vasse Flowers is committed to providing the best quality flowers and the finest designs. Our aim is to deliver your order as close to the design selected.

There may be occasions where you have concerns regarding your order meeting expectations. In these circumstances we suggest you contact Vasse Flowers directly as soon as possible to discuss a favourable resolution to your concerns. Flowers should last between 3-7 days. It is imperative that your flowers get water and are not exposed to elements such as heat in order to prolong their lifespan. Please keep any flowers you are not happy with as we may need to have them returned to us to assess any problems.

Refunds will only be given if we have proof of your problem, and we agree that the problem exists. A refund will only be issued if it is the only suitable outcome for both parties. All complaints (with proof attached) must be made within 2 days of delivery.

• A full refund will be available in the instance of major faults/defects as per Australian Consumer Law

Order Cancellations

If for any reason an order needs to be cancelled, please contact Vasse Flowers as soon as possible.

Cancellations Conditions

• Orders which have left with our couriers cannot be cancelled.
• Orders which have not yet been prepared by our florists may be cancelled.
• Re-Delivery may incur a further delivery charge

Credit card information is among the most sensitive and important data that Sweet Tooth collects. We operate secure servers to minimise the unauthorised use of such information. Credit card information that is transmitted via our secure servers is encrypted.
